Exceptional colour printing
Quadient's Memjet® colour printers use inkjet printing technology that’s simply in a different category. The Mach 6 incorporates an 8.77" stationary print head that packs an incredible 70,400 nozzles. The Mach 6 is capable of “CYMK” output (aka full process colour) that involves combining cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink to create different shades of colours numbering in the millions – and at resolutions up to 1600 x 1600 dpi. Professional quality marketing collateral can be produced in-house and on-demand, eliminating the high cost of short-run offset printing charged by third-party printing companies.
Accommodates variety
In addition to printing directly onto mail pieces, Quadient's Mach 6 colour printer can print on applications beyond envelopes and paper with exclusive 3/8” thick material handling. Print on 10" x 13" flats, mailers up to 10.5" wide x 17" long, stuffed envelopes, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, folding cartons and much more. The page-wide print head can cover the entire side of an envelope, card or sheet in ink with no white border - known as full-bleed printing. Capable of 152 mm per second at 1600 x 1600 dots per inch print (dpi) resolution, and 304 mm per second at 1600 x 800 dpi resolution, the Mach 5 offers unmatched colour production at speeds of up to 3,600 pages or 8,000 envelopes per hour. Automated print head maintenance and independent print head height control keeps print quality perfect to ensure predictable, professional results on every piece you print.
Connected
The Mach 6 includes USB, ethernet and Wifi connectivity so you can install the Mach 6 without major IT involvement. Just load the plug’n play software onto your computer and within a few minutes, you’re up and running. The high-resolution 7" color touch screen display is part of the integrated control center. From there, access 60+ GB of stored print jobs that can be called up at any time. Match the exact color of your company's logo in no time using Quadient’s optional mColor colour management software. mColour incorporates color management tools, production job presets, hot folders and the Harlequin® RIP engine into one powerful colour management tool to deliver repeatable standardization of color and improve overall image quality.
