Larrimer & Larrimer, a workers’ compensation law firm based in Columbus, Ohio, and a Quadient customer since 2004, was looking to improve operational efficiencies with a better, more cost-effective mailing solution. They did not need to go far as their Quadient technician introduced the iX-3 Series Postage Meter to the firm. It became clear how much time was spent on manually weighing and applying correct postage to outgoing mail—manual compilation was over an hour versus 2-3 minutes with the iX-3.
