With a standard 5 lb. or optional 10, 30, or 70 lb. external weighing platform, the IS-440 ensures you know the correct weight, to prevent over posting. The Rate Wizard simplifies the process of selecting the correct class and postal rate. Shortcut keys save time by providing instant job set up.
Accommodates variety
Differential Weighing lets you process envelopes that are different shapes and sizes. With Smart Start technology, each time an envelope is removed from the Weighing Platform in Differential Weighing mode, the Load ‘n’ Go Autofeeder starts automatically and is ready to process mail that is placed into the Feeder or dispense a label with the correct postage amount.

Integrated Automatic Label Dispenser prints labels for items under 500 grams that cannot fit into the auto feeder.

Print your logo, an image, or a slogan on your envelopes. Store up to 10 items that can be automatically printed in addition to the selected postage to give your company a professional image.
Never run out of ink
Through high speed LAN or wireless internet connection, receive the latest postal rates, software updates and custom graphics. The Low Ink Alert notifies Quadient when your cartridge gets low so Customer Service can give you a courtesy call to let you know you are almost out of ink and you can reorder online.
