How we communicate with customers has changed. It is no longer possible for businesses to reach all customers with a single message. Does the recent unprecedented acceleration towards digital media spell the end for print communications? More importantly, do you know which your customers want?

Join Quadient and guest analyst from IDC for the latest webinar in the ongoing “Future of Mail” series where we look at Print or Digital: Why customer choice is critical for future communications.

Guest speaker Amy Machado from IDC presented findings from a recently released research study that looks at changes in how we communicate.

  • How has COVID impacted the way businesses communicate with their customers?

  • Is print still relevant?

  • What are some of the print and mail technology trends?

  • Is in-sourcing or out-sourcing the right print channel for your business?
