Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital, one of four emergency hospitals in the Capital Region of Denmark, employs 4,200 staffers, who serve over 460,000 citizens. It is currently expanding by adding 85,000 new square meters and converting 12,000 square meters into “New Hospital Bispebjerg”. With a vast and growing area to cover, the central logistics team needed an innovative solution to track the internal delivery of an average of 1,200 parcels per month.

Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital turned to Quadient's Web Tracking System (WTS) to gain end-to-end visibility into their receipt and delivery activity.

“Quadient has a well-developed product and is delivering topnotch customer service. We hope to work with Quadient in other aspects, and are exploring their parcel lockers solution, as well as potentially expanding into the tracking of medicine and other important samples.”
- Henrik Louw Møller, Head of Logistics at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospitals
