Handirect Services is an outsourced administrative services center supporting more than 1,600 customers with their administrative tasks through its 16 branches, called agencies, located throughout France. Handirect’s Saint-Brieuc agency had been utilizing Quadient mail management solutions for almost 10 years and advanced to Quadient's DS-77 iQ folder inserter to take on their growing customer demands. Larrimer & Larrimer, a workers’ compensation law firm based in Columbus, Ohio, and a Quadient customer since 2004, was looking to improve operational efficiencies with a better, more cost-effective mailing solution. They did not need to go far as their Quadient technician introduced the iX-3 Series Postage Meter to the firm. It became clear how much time was spent on manually weighing and applying correct postage to outgoing mail—manual compilation was over an hour versus 2-3 minutes with the iX-3.
