FAQ - Postage

Press the "Funds" button.

Please perform a zero value Audit call from the machine. The machine shows the Funds Available after successful connection. 

Press the Home button to return to the home screen.

For your convenience, you can simply press Menu, Go to Option no. 5 :Reports”.

You can now press ‘5’ for “Register Report” or ‘6’ for Statement of Mailing”  or any other report that you wish to print from the Reports Menu.

You must deposit the funds by Cash or Cheque/Demand Draft at your designated post office or any post office near you. The fund information for Cash and Demand Draft reaches the RMF Server next day and the fund information by Cheque takes a day after the cheque gets cashed in post office account. 

It is quite simple. Just press the Funds key, Go to Credit option, input the amount needed to be downloaded and press OK. The funds get credited in the franking machine within a minute.
